Dissapointing, Uncarring Financial Institution

So unhappy, stressful (Thank God I have my Chronic Meds),disappointed, scared, angry etc with AF two Port System and their Administrators. My worry is what is going to happen to my children if I pass away before my retirement? This company is really not taking care of their clients, what a bad culture. Painful is that we did not select them but our employers cause they trusted them with our Pensions. The number provided *** option 3 tells one about initiating a follow up on their claim but after they explain the tracking navigation on AF Connect it switches off, which means one could not initiate their claim. Obviously once you call that number is because there is no progress on your AF Connect where one app****. Ijooo I am so hurtful
