Dissapointing Company

Very poor service and bad Communication,my payments were rejectected by bank,I then submitted all the doc required,I was told my money will be in(in 3-5 working days)🧐 after 2 weeks I went to their offices in Sandton I was then given a form( changing of bank details🤷♀️ why because they are still the same as usual)I waited another 5 days🧐🧐nothing,I wanted to talk to the Manager(Neo Moloi)he promised that before the end of the business day my issue will be sorted he will follow it up and call me(did he call me that day??🙄🙄🙄)Nooooooo🥵🥵.This is soo dissapointing this is my money I want I invested all these year to beg the company for my money???
