Disrespectful & Non-responseive

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional service. No progress in claim, no sensitivity to the matter and no response to any communication. Claim reference provided, indicating 4 weeks. When you question, the standard response from them is still 4-6 weeks. One week later, 4-6 weeks and then no response. When paying rent and school fees rely on this claim and this has been clearly stipulated, one can only confirm that to Alexander Forbes you are less than a number.
