DISREGARD PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT
I was retrenched in February 2025 and HR gave me relevant documents to fill out regarding my provident fund.
I completed the documents with my corresponding contact details including email address. Alex Forbes decided not to use my email in correspondence but a complete stranger to me at this point. Somebody I didn’t speak to for years. And the best of all is they completely ignoring the elephant in the room. Like it’s no big deal. It is financial private information we talking here. It took them months to give me clear answers and up to today I still have gotten no answers. This is unprofessional from a company that should be fami**** with privacy laws and POPIA Act. Disgraceful. I wouldn’t trust any money with these *********** company

No sweetheart, that’s not how you answer a ****ing call. Normally you say who you want to talk to, then you say who the **** you are and what the **** want! Or in your case how you will resolve this miscarriage of yours!
