"Dispute Regarding Pension Payout Delay Due to Invalid Claim by Ex-Spouse"
My pension fund is not being paid out because my ex-wife, who already claimed part of my pension five years ago, is now trying to claim again after remarrying and having more children with her new husband. She has submitted a document that is not a legal court order, but despite this, Alexander Forbes is refusing to process my claim. It has been five months now, and I am unemployed, unable to move on with my life. Her claim was settled five years ago.

09 Oct 2024, 11:31Alexander Forbes also failed to keep me up to date about anything tha is going on on their side. If I don't phone them, and wait for 30 to 40 minutes for my call to be answered, and then sometimes my call will be dropped and I have to start all over again, they don't inform me that this is happening or thag needs to be done. They will keep quiet untill I phone them and then they don't even know whats going on themselves.
