Dishonest and lack of customer service

Who ever is the administrator of my claim is not doing her work. They claim that my employer has not submitted my final contribution yet, the employer confirmed in an email with both parties that the payment was made at the begining of the month. So clearly seeing by her lack of response i believe that someone at AF is dragging their feet or just prolonging this who claim.
