Dishonest and lack of communication

I've picked up dishonest you can call them twice a day and still give you different information regarding your claim.. Lack of communication I had to find out on my own that my employer misspelled my name and I quickly forwarded required docs(3 days into the claim) Even today I have yet to receive my funds
