disgusting service/non-service
I have been waiting for a payment due to me for 3 months. Every time we call the company we are put on hold for over 1 hour. All the other beneficiaries have been paid yet this company cannot give me an answer as to why I am not being paid. The matter was 'apparently' escalated to someone who is on leave for 4 weeks. NO response from company when we ask for follow up.
