DISGUSTING SERVICE! YOU WILL WAIT MONTHS FOR PAYOUT!

What a sad excuse for a call centre and claims department, no one knows anything about everything! To think I was considering to use them at my current company is an absolute joke! I have been waiting since OCTOBER for a pathetic payout from Alexander Forbes!! I have called over 10 times at various intervals and they have actually been dishonest enough to give me payment dates that never materialise! Not to mention the ridiculous number of times I have been requested to hold! CAN I GET ALL MY MONEY FROM THIS *********** PLACE!
