Disgusting service they don't even deserve a star

I am writing on hello peter for the 3rd time now and my matter is still not resolved. No one wants to take accountability you are always told different stories. Last week Wednesday I was told to send my bank statement and copy of ID as the payment rejected due to a different surname. I have been making follow up since Thursday I all I get is your payment is being processed and today I receive another email requesting for the same documents I sent last week. What kind of a game are you playing. Even the managers I just useless spoke to Bongiwe who said she's a manager and will ensure I get feedback and to date I have never heard from her.... Your service is disgusting
