Disgusting service!!!

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I am not usually one to go an extra mail to complain about terrible service but this i had to share. I left employment at a company(Massmart and shoprite group) that uses Alex forbes for our provident and retirement funds in March. Firstly no one at Massmart also bothered to advise us of whatever process to follow to withdraw our funds but thats another story. 7 and going to 8 months later, still no funds after submitting all the documents that alex forbes have requested, and resubmitting over 10 times because their systems were faulty and no one advised me and i had to call each and everytime to be told the documents are not there after i had received confirmation emails that docs have been received, spoke to multiple agents and escalated a million times and still nothing to this day, i keep getting promises that it will all be resolved on th next day but nothing happens, how are we expected to survive when this company is holding OUR money for over 8 months! How is that fair!! I am also still to publish them on social media as well because they are nothing but a bunch of ******* and ****** who hold peoples funds for their own personal benefit!! DISGUSTING!!! Disgusting!!!
