Disgusting Service

It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve submitted my withdrawal forms for provident fund and to date I have not received any update and it’s so disgusting that NO ONE HAS ANSWERS when I call in, I had to hold for 48 minutes which is very irritating. This is the Most pathetic service I’ve ever received in my entire life and to think I also have outstanding matter from 2017 which still need to be addressed and you people just don’t give a continental smoke what you putting your clients through. I’m so disgusted I don’t think I will ever recommend or refer anyone to this useless company. Get my staff sorted out ASAP including my excess which I’m still waiting for after 26 Montha Sies on you????
