Disgusting service
Good day I would like to log a complaint on the service I have received. I logged a claim in December for my Pension to be paid out I filled in all the necessary information and I got a email saying that my claim will be processed in 4 to 6 weeks. It is now the 7th week and no response as to when I will be getting my money all they say I will escalate and I must wait. I have been waiting for 7 weeks and I need feed my children. This is the worst service I have ever received.
