Disgusting Service
I have an investment with AlexF which is separate from my company pension fund but I seem to never get the information I need. For some reason that app is changed and I am unable to review documents on the app. Many many calls and I am still awaitng a tax certificate for my personal unit trust investment. I have to do a SARS submission which is already late. Disgusting service from a huge financiall co that most companies trust to manage our monies
