Disgusting service

I’m so disappointed with Alexander Forbes. I submitted my signed documents with my previous employer on the 29/10/2020 & the documents we sent to Alexander Forbes. Everytime I call them they can’t find my documentation on their system & I get referred to my previous employer. To make matters worse they paid out my former colleagues on the 22/12/2020 but whenever I call in I get referred to my previous employer who eventually gave me the reference number. Out of the blue they can now pick up that my claim was submitted when I call in. Then they came up with a new lie that the matter has been sent to the administrator for approval. What I don’t understand is how come people I was filling forms with got paid yet I’m being made to fight for my payout. I’m so ****ed off honestly. I called again today & I was forever on hold. I know they won’t even call back like they promised on that option I selected for them to call just like they didn’t respond on the email I sent them on the 7th of December. Even their Twitter account has adopted disgusting manners of not responding nxa!!!
