Disgusting Service!!!!

I've been waiting for my provident fund payout from October last year.... And no one is updating me on anything I've been calling from last year and I was told that the payment will be made today but still nothing... So now when I call your call center they're telling me that there's been a delay on the payment and you don't even update us this is the case number :cas- **********
