Disgusting service

Good day,

I have an outstanding tax return from 2014 with an IRP5 issued by Alexander Forbes (which was never sent to me personally) with an incorrect reason code. I am now being held liable for money by sars for a non-deductable because Alexander Forbes has filed this incorrectly. I have contacted Alexander Forbes multiple times and have been bounced around to different departments for almost two months now and not a single person at Alexander Forbes seems even remotely interested in assisting me.

This is shocking service to say the least.
