Disgusting service

The service I got is extremely pathetic and ridiculous. I submitted a claim and they told me I didn’t submit a payment option which I did and so they sent me another form to fill out, I sent the form back and now I’m told that there is not status on my claim… I am disgusted by this and I don’t know why they are still operating yet they can’t provide a proper service. They must be closed honestly the level of incompetence is just mind blowing.
