Disgusting Customer Service from Alexander Forbes
What a disgusting customer service from Alexander Forbes. Their administrators are not well educated on dealing with customer issues. I feel sorry for those people who will be dealing with Melissa Wolfaard who gave me an incorrect instruction about my money which was their mistake in the first place. Your service girl sucks to the core!! You were pushing for me not to get my money as if it was my mistake not to get it in 2018? You even sent my financial advisor an incorrect email about my money, my hard earned cash? Next time get your facts straight before giving any advise to customers. Thanks to David who handled my case well. I am still waiting for my 1/3 . How long will it take for me to get my hard earned cash?
