DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am absolutely disgusted and beyond frustrated with the pathetic service i have received from Alexander Forbes regarding my unclaimed benefit.

This entire process has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I was initially contacted by email on 6 April 2026 regarding my unclaimed benefit. Since then, I have been sent into an endless spiral of submitting forms and supporting documentation, only to be told repeatedly that i need to resubmit documents or provide additional information.

From April all the way through July, i repeatedly submitted the documents requested from me. Just when i thought the matter was finally being resolved, i was AGAIN instructed to send proof of employment which was tough to find because i left this company in 2019! i had to send it to a different email address, with the assurance that it would then be submitted to the Alexander Forbes Unclaimed Benefit Pension Preservation Fund.

I have also called Alexander Forbes numerous times trying to get answers, On some occasions, the call is simply dropped, Put on hold till Jesus comes or just being told that it will be escalated, yet nothing happens.

It is now September, and after months of jumping through hoops, repeatedly submitting documents and making numerous calls, i have received absolutely no meaningful communication or update from Alexander Forbes.

Their customer service is pathetic, disgusting and absolutely appalling, to make people go through all of this just for them to get their money that they have worked for is DISGUSTING!
