DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ALEX FORBES

The service I’ve been receiving from Alex Forbes has been atrocious to say the least. I’ve been waiting for my provident payout for almost 2months. First I was told about a rejection because of a bank validation to which I had to call and be told to resend my banking detail which I did. Got email that all is okay and I should expect my payout in 3 working days which NEVER happened. Again, I called and was told another department needs to release it and I will get it within 48hrs. Again NOTHING! Called again and the consultant told me because the issue was escalated to the administrator then she cannot confirm if anything has been done but I must just keep waiting. This is disgusting service to say the least. Alex Forbes is the worst company ever!
