Disgusted with level of incompetency at Alexander Forbes

I have been retrenched and my documents were submitted on 02/04/24, When i track my application online it says March contribution outstanding,I have been in Contact with numerous people at the call center everyone telling me the same thing, but nobody able to tell me what i need to do ,so now my application just on PAUSE i guess as Alexander Forbes to *********** to tell me what is required as my ex workplace confirmed they have submitted everything,some of my ex colleagues got their pay out ,and here i am calling Alexander forbes every week and being told the same thing over and over but nobody in back office gets back to me no payment is made ,so idk what next steps is at those point as nobody is able to do their job right at Alexander forbes and its pathetic.
