Disgusted with Alexandra Forbes Finacial institution

Hi My name is Clement Tshepuso Mabiletsa .I am disgusted and irritated with Alexandra forbes financial Services. They give me a run around with my money. i have to constantly call them and ask when is my funds going to be paid. The consultants have different story when it comes to paying me. i was retrenched and my last day at work was on 31 Jan 2018. I shud have recieved my funds by now but they keep on telling me lies. for example one consulted i spoke to said my funds will be paind last week wednesday and like a fool i waited and went to the bank only to find out there was no funds. i call every single day asking what is the hold up and they keep on telling me i shid wait 3 days and my funds will be paid for the last two weeks they telling me to wait 3 days and my funds will be paid in but they dont deliver on their promises. my colleagues which i worked with and got retrenched they got their funds 3 weeks ago. and we submitted same day. I called today morning 03 Apr 2018 they still telling me must wait another 3 to 5 days. untill when i shud get proper assistant?? untill when shud i recieve my funds as i was retrenchend with no income coming in??? am a bread winner at home and people at Alexandra forbes are not doing their Jobs while am waiting to get funds to pay my kids school fees and creditors. My credit profile is affected cause of Alexandra forbes lies and inconsistency. stop telling me i will recieve my funds then dont deliver on ur promises. i am now demanding my funds i have asked and asked and told wrong information dat my fund would be paid in. someone clearly not doing their jobs and management must deal with this situation Asap.
