Disgusted by your service, you are messing with peoples lives

Alexander Forbes is disgusting and appauling, I ask why my claim has not been processed yet and was told they are waiting for my last contribution from my company. I contacted payroll and they advised that payment was made on the 3rd of January already. To date Alexander forbes have not located the funds and processed my claim. I'm am utterly disgusted by their service. They need to be exposed on all media platforms and authorities.
