Disgusted by the pathetic service
For a reputable company like this I'm disgusted by the pathetic service I get from this company and thier people. My claim was submitted on the 14th of October. Till today I'm still waiting for my payment. 3 times my payment has gone for authorization. And every time I call they tell me to wait 5 to 10 working days. Is there anyone in this company who is willing to do their job and help us claim our money. It's not like we borrowing money. We are claiming money that we have being paying.
