DISGUSTED BY SERVICE RECEIVED

At this point I am 100% IRRATE! after submitting my retirement forms 10 weeks ago I received no feedback so I decided to bring the matter here they rep**** shortly saying my employer did not submit the forms..I immediately called my employer and it was confirmed that the forms were submitted and I recieved a date and time that it was submitted I then emailed AF with the information needed about the submitted date and time and till this day no one has gotten back to me! This company has no compassion towards their clients and it breaks my heart because many of us need our money as this has been an extremely difficult year for many of us and most are hardly surviving I'm sick to my stomach over this
