It has been nearly 5 months of my provident fund not being paid out. Your customer service is incredibly poor and the attitude towards it is astonishing. Shariff Reddy is terrible at her job as she continues to promise us that she will call and up to date has never returned a call once. She has not given feedback. We don't not owe your company these are my funds that you are holding onto. ******* do this, absolute *******!
