Disgusted

I don't understand why it takes 6 weeks for one to get their money, the level of incompetence is disgusting,I lost my job on the 02 September 2021, I got an SMS on 14 September 2021saying my payments will take 4 weeks, when I sent a follow up email I was told my application was received on the 16 September 2021. How is that my fault all I need is my money times are hard.
