Disgusted at Alexander Forbes service

I would actually give them no rating at all. They do not deserve it. I am so disgusted by there service. I would never have thought that Alexander Forbes is this useless

My claim was submitted to them on the 20th November 2018 and still I have not received my payout due to reckless mistake by the admin staff.

On the 28th December 2018 I received a sms informing me to contact SARS.When I got in contact with SARS I was informed that on the documents that was submitted to them my Tax number was not appearing on it. I contacted there offices and informed them what was happening and then they were quiet. After I contacted them via email they now told me about a court order. And I have been divorced for more then 11 years. Apparently my ex-spouse should get part of my payment although my Settlement agreement state otherwise. I am so livid. Just imagine if they would have made that mistake of paying money to my Ex husband. This could have be very detrimental to me.

Please look at your own records. This situation is really becoming frustrated and upsetting. Everyday there seems to be some issue or mistake that Alexander Forbes is responsible for.
