Disappointment with Provident pay out

Very very disappointed at the service at Alexander Forbes ..I worked for a company in Durban called Batsumi Claims Management Solutions And I app**** for my provident withdrawal on the second week of March 2018 ...and I was told it should take 4 to 6 weeks ....it’s been more than 8 weeks already and I have not received anything I have called both the Durban and Pretoria offices for assistance and I have been told it should be paid out in the next couple of days and still I haven’t received anything till this day.

Hi I hope this is a genuine message as your response looks like it was copied and pasted from previous complaints too...this is very exhausting cause these are big companies that we entrust with our monies but when it’s time to do pay outs it’s a different story
