Disappointing Unclaimed benefit process and Winding up of dads estate

My late father passed away in 1998 and Alexander forbes handled the estate. Somehow there is a provident fund that was not finalized and we only found this out in 2021 through a link that was sent to me. Now to get those funds its become such a mission as Alexander forbes is requesting claim forms and deceased docs which we have however why is this our problem.as they were supposed to wind up the estate when my dad passed on. Alexander Forbes I ask and plead to you that you must finalize this query soonest as my mum needs these funds and i need you to restore my faith in your organistion.tx
