Disappointing Service. No feedback. No communication. No transparency.

I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE from Forbes who can actually give me feedback on my claim. Call Centre agents don't know anything about my claim. Admin personnel is apparently never available when Call Centre agents contact them for feedback. I have been calling EVERYDAY and no one has given me an answer as to WHEN my withdrawal will be paid out OR if the process has actually started really. I've made several phone calls and sent e-mails that seem to just get ignored. I've sent Kirshleigh Krieger 3 x e-mails requesting feedback on query M5-CR2 & *** and emails are just ignored. I don't understand, why is it so easy for them to take your money, but it becomes such a mission for your claim to get processed. Why is it so hard to provide feedback? I'm so disappointed. I actually want to withdraw all my funds but I know that will take them 12 months to process.
