Disappointing no feedback or communication from Alexander Forbes

I resigned at Retailability in August and withdrawal from my Edcon provident fund is from Alexander Forbes. I tried calling numerous times but no answer. I submitted an online query but no response and sent emails from the 25th November 2021 and even though the email gives a notification that the matter will be addressed in 48 hours, which has never happened at all . My friend also wanted to transfer her provident fund from Edcon to Alexander Forbes. I want to now advise people not to take any financial with Alexander Forbes because no matter which means you use to communicate, there is never a response from Alexander Forbes. I sent my friend a message not to make the mistake that I made.
