Disappointing Customer service ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
I regret joining Alexander Forbes. Their service has been extremely poor. They do not respond to emails or answer their calls.
I requested a withdrawal on 24 July 2026, and to this day, I have still not received the funds. I also requested a callback two days ago, but as of today, I have not received one.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and frustrating!!!! I will never ever recommend it to anyone!!!!
