Disappointing Customer Service

I am so disappointed at their service, I have been contacting them for about 3 weeks and everyone keeps saying we will revert back to you with feedback and to be honest no feedback has been received till date. I spoke to a guy called Collen, I spoke to Thulisile and then Busisiwe. I don’t understand what is the delay, they all waiting for feedback from a specific department. I asked Collen Mbatha to cc me on one of the correspondence, so I can see that he is really following up and he said it’s not allowed. This is so frustrating. I am so tired of making calls and receive no feedback.
