Disappointing and unprofessional client services

I am disappointed really at Alexander Forbes Services. I had a friend who said great things about Alexander Forbes services especially on provident fund. She was always kept informed and the payout for three years of work was great and unexpected. Unfortunately for me the same cannot be said, i am hardly informed on whats happening. I have called and i was told that they take 4 to 8 weeks. I called on the 2nd of April and on the 6th of April 2018. And i was told that the claim was just made on the 6th of April. And that they will respond to me by email. No response since and i am still calling and bing told that the claim just came through. Not sure exactly what is going on. Its just very upsetting this thing. The lies and being unprofessional needs to stop, we also worked for call centres and it is out of the question to lie to a client. Even worse not to follow up with them when dealing with their money. Get your act together please, this is terribly annoying.
