Disappointing

Its been nearly two months since i have submitted my withdrawal claim for to these guys. To my disappointment in their appalling services, I am receiving a response that advise me to select a payment option in order for my claim to be processed. Well, on the withdrawal form it specifically instructs members to complete the section specifically applying to the withdrawal option in which you as a member chooses. I am sending emails on emails, waiting for 3 business days before a reply and the admin repeadately sends me an automated email to complete my withdrawal option template. And please note. This is not slandering your business. This is my honest review based on the poor services your clients have to deal with
