Disappointed in the service

I have been batling 2 months to get a tax certificate with the correct tax no. To submit to SARS. I have spend many hours holding on and getting the same reply. I have Escalate this matter and still no one has assisted me in sending the correct tax certificate. I am very disappointed with the service and in the company. I will have to report this mater to SARS.
