Disappointed in Alexander Forbes

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who app**** for his pension fund claim, it is more than 8 weeks since he app**** for his withdrawal and he has not received his money. He has been calling Alexander Forbes call centres to find out what is happening with his claim and he has been transferred from one department to another.I am so disappointed
