Disappointed ☹️

Very disappointed with my withdrawal claim. I have been back and forth with the call centre trying to get my issue sorted and my payment finalized. My claim was put threw in June 2023 and to date I have not gotten paid out. Their communication is nul and void I have been always the person initiating contact. They requested documents and till now nothing has been done. Very poor service I must admit.
