Directive number from Sars to Alexander forbes

I am beyond frastrated with Alexandra Forbes and don't know what to do anymore. I have received a directive number from Sars saying they need to submit a correction on my tax certificate and I have been calling and emailing them. When I got a response I was given a step-by-step guide to edit my tax certificate but I can't because it's the same tax certificate number. Today I have been calling the call center and they kept on transferring my call and dropping it. I spoke to 3 individuals who dropped my call. I don't know what to do anymore, nowsars has issued me with a penalty because of them😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
