**** Difficulty in getting a simple document !!!
For over 3 weeks now I have been attempting to get a copy of my Retirement Annuity Certificate from Alexander Forbes . Multiple emails, many HOURS spent on their call centre, and yet I am still not having any luck. Can no one at Alexander Forbes help me with this simple request, or is it that they just DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ?????????????
