Different stories every time delaying process!!!

Im waiting for Alexander Forbes to release my provident fund since end of August 2015. The call centre agents need to get their facts straight every time i phone in to find out when i will get paid they have a different and different waiting periods. How do i know for sure that my payment is being processed? First time i called they said the problem is with sars. I then updated everything at sars and sars said everything is in order. I then phoned and faxed through all my documents from sars to alexander forbes and spoke to an agent there he said my money will be in my account in 7 working says time. I received nothing. Then i phoned back and another agent said payment will be made from the 7th day forward i must wait 14 working days. On the 12th working which is today i phoned in again to check if everything is still as planned and spoke to another agent who now tells me that i need to wait 21 working days now. Why the delays? Why the different stories? When can i expect my money??? This costs a lot of airtime calling in every time putting me on hold for so long. Its like they must always go find out what's happening with your money like they don't know what's going on!!
