Different stories

I have lodged a claimed last year March but up to date nothing is being done all the time when I tries to make a follow up I have been told different stories by different people sometimes they tell me that a copy of ID is not clear and sometimes I\m being told that all the documents are in order what must I do to get an assistant ,are people not trained to know what to tell me when I makes a follow up instead they make fool out of me .Today I wants answers because he says he's going to the media ,now is been a year without any movement he's sick and tired of the service that he's receiving<br> <br> "
