Did the entire Call Centre get fired?
Since the new intergration of Alex AI I cannot get to speak to an agent. I can't get past wasting 10 minutes speaking to this stupid new AI AVR because I don't get sms or emails while on a call so I can't give the OTP. It logs a call for someone to call me back but no one ever does. AF used to have such an amazing CC till they introduced the AI AVR now a person cannot get helped.
