Deplorable service -Alexander Forbes

I have recently resigned (end june) from previous employer and my pension is administered by Alexander forbes. My former employer submitted all my claim docs early July but whenever I follow up with AF they tell me they're waiting for their billing to run before progressing with my claim. Thats the response I've been told for almost 2 months. Worse their consultants blatantly lie and say they have spoken to administrator and next week they'll finalize process but when I phone next week, the other consultants can't see those notes on system. And they refuse to transfer me to superiors or give me their contacts. Mpho **** to me this Tue 18/08 and gave me false email addresses. I have spoken to consultants mpho, neo and babes on different occasions. This service is deplorable and I want to report this further.
