Deplorable Service

After providing them with all the relevant information as they requested, they would continuously find something missing and only inform you afterwards. Why don't they give you a full list of all the documents they require instead of asking for it one by one. Super annoyed with them as they already have all my details and have made payments to me in the past. They want people to jump through hoops like circus animals. I refuse to deal with them any longer and will let my attorney sort this out. Absolutely absurd service and a complete waste of my time.
