Deplorable customer service.
Zero customer service to be found. I have been on hold for well over 1hour 10 times never to get through. Saving claims tracker keeps starting over with no reason even though requested information was provided 3 times. absolutely disgusted with the service. Willing to take my money for over 10 years but unwilling to provide service when needed. will be looking into moving my retirement saving somewhere elsa
