Delays in payment because their advice is on Maternity Leave - Bad Service

I am writing on behalf of my family member, Ellen Victoria Soko (ID: *** 083). She has escalated this matter multiple times to both Bidvest, her previous employer, and to Alex Forbes, who is responsible for her payout. Despite her repeated efforts—through calls, follow-ups, and now written correspondence—she has been taken from pillar to post without any valid reason, and they are now no longer taking her calls.

Her claim was sent back to "claim registered" from SARS. No one is willing to assist from Alexforbes with ROT02 to SARS.

This delay is not only unjust, but is directly affecting her and her children, making it difficult for them to manage basic living expenses. How is she expected to provide for herself and her family while funds that rightfully belong to her remain withheld? Your company’s handling of this matter has caused immense frustration and hardship. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I have included her details below for you to contact her directly: Contact Number: *** It is unacceptable to treat clients as though they owe you money when, in fact, you owe it to them.

Should this not be resolved by Wednesday. I'm taking the next step, "linkedin, and complaining there about this poor service.
