Delaying my payment
My provident fund was rejected due to bank automed validation on the 25th of March, I was told to send my ID and proof of bank account. My colleague whom I resigned at the same time with, has already received his money. I'm being sent up and down, my debit orders bounced as I'm still waiting for my money to be paid. If it was possible, I would have given you guys a zero star. I can't do anything without my money and whenever I call you guys, I'm told that my documents have been taken to the other department and you guys will get back to me.

03 Apr 2024, 15:44I am still waiting for a feedback as I still have not received my money. I sent all the documents that you guys requested a week ago and I still have not received my money. I have been using my bank account for years and for everything. All of a sudden I can't receive money on it, only from you guys. Please just send me money URGENTLY. I cannot do anything now as I am unemployed and you guys are f***ing around with my money
